Renew our Days as of Old 9: The Wake Up Call

Romans 13:11 “And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.” The calling to this truth is truly a blessing that many do not receive. But it does come with challenges that are unexpected by newcomers. Once you know the times to celebrate …

Renew our Days as of Old 5: Don’t be a Fool

On April 1st the custom of pulling pranks will be observed by many. But do you know the origin of this day or if it is only about pranks? This custom began in ancient Rome, as commoners will disguise themselves as nobility for devious hoaxes. Proverbs 26:19 “So is the man that deceiveth his neighbour, and saith, Am not I …

Renew our Days as of Old 6: Bait and Switch

When it comes to holidays the bait has always been that it is about Christ. However most of the worldly holidays are not mentioned in the Bible, especially by name. Except for one, which is Easter and only in the King James Version of the Bible. This one time occurrence shows the masterful switch the Roman Catholic Church orchestrated against …

New Moon Dates of 2024

Those of us that believe in the Creator understand that he made everything with a purpose. 2nd Esdras 6:45 “Upon the fourth day thou commandedst that the sun should shine, and the moon give her light, and the stars should be in order:” Verse 46: “And gavest them a charge to do service unto man, that was to be made.” …

Bethink Themselves

Tomorrow night (3/14/2022) is an example of why we should continually seek our history, beyond the month of February. Deuteronomy 32:7 “Remember the days of old, consider the years of many generations: ask thy father, and he will shew thee; thy elders, and they will tell thee.” Since tomorrow will be a Sabbath in the which we celebrate the victory …

Beginning of Months

We are taught by the scriptures to have the good habit of preparing before the Sabbaths. In a few days it will be Passover and most of our people are unaware. They might of thought that it was on the day that Jewish people kept it. Titus 1:14 “Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn …

The time is fulfilled its the New Year

Every new moon (month) we are commanded to blow the trumpet. Psalms 81:3 “Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day.” According to the Bible the second coming of Christ approaches with every passing day. Nobody wants on that day to get destroyed, to avoid that we must renew ourselves just …

Renew our Days as of Old 3: Spring of the Year

The subject of a calendar is difficult enough to discuss. Add to this the fact that our upbringing might make us think something else is strange. Hosea 8:2 “I have written to him the great things of my law, but they were counted as a strange thing.” In some cases our instinct would try to make us explain away even …

Tis the Mean Season!

The Israelites want no folly,Navigating through life this week you might have heard, “Happy Holidays”. As if the person saying it celebrates the Feast of Dedication or what they might call Hanukkah. In this society, we are taught from little that this is the season greetings. They say that religion is forbidden in public schools but just like the Greeks …

Righteous Music for the Feast of Dedication

As we prepare for the weekly Sabbath, Luke 23:54 “And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on.” Drawing near along side the Sabbath is the feast of Dedication of the Altar. John 10:22 “And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.” Israel we go hard with our celebrations, especially this feast. …

Feast Music

The radio station playlist has been updated again. Yesterday we uploaded a righteous song called “Feast Night”. Also we have the new episode of “Law of Moses or of God?”. If you have noticed, the playlist has been mainly bible readings and podcasts. There are very few songs right now. But we intend for the upcoming feast of Dedication of …

Easter or Passover?

As a believer in Christ we should do our best to live after his foot steps and his words. John 8:31 “Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;” See also 1st Peters 2:21. Before Christ suffered for us he was celebrating the Passover with the …

Good Habit #3: dude HELP YOURSELF!

The title sounds a little funny but all I could tell you is that there is no Ashtun Kutcher on this one. Once you hear the class you will understand this statement and how true it is. I have met many that sought help, however they did not want to take the steps required. Many that were given the answers to their problems but they thought “it’s too simple” or “it can’t be this easy”. At some point you have to ask yourself from where comes my help? Many in the holy book needed help which they received. One thing they all had in common is that it took action and faith. While some will only trust in their own hands believing that their achievements was without help. They have no peace, all they do is think of their troubles and can’t sleep. They are consumed by the world and choked on every side.

P.S. this class was featured on our radio station and it was meant to be during the feast of dedication which has ended.

Does God Love You?

At some point in your life you will question if a particular person loves you. With your love interest you might get an answer you do not want to hear. Or if you are shy you will never ask and possibly lose out. However, the question of whether God Loves you might never come up in your mind. The reason is that everyone automatically assumes that God loves them. It is very likely that you heard someone tell you “God loves you”. Are they correct? Well in this audio lesson we bring up this question and we also ask for your help in spreading the truth by sharing the newsletters. Believe me you won’t have to say “God loves you” to get someones attention…lol

Good Habits #2 – Take Time Off

Today you have a lot of our people that take the time off to celebrate a day that has nothing to do with the Creator although it is called Thanksgiving. However the days the he commanded to be honored as holy and to give him thanks are dismissed. Preferring the tradition of men rather than the commandment of God. Mark 7:7 “Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.” Verse 8: “For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men…”

There is no spiritual or physical gain in the celebrations of the world as when one takes the day off to keep a Sabbath. As you listen to the podcast you will be enlightened of how true the words of Christ are when he said in Luke 21:33 “Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.” Verse 34: “And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.” Verse 35: “For as a snare [trap] shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.” Don’t get caught out there in the traps that have been set against you. Good Habits #1 – Asking Questions

Shalam (Peace) Brothers and Sisters,
Previously we learned the law that Moses commanded the priests and elders to teach daily the children of Israel during the feast of Tabernacles. See, Deuteronomy 31:9-13. Obviously if the people attended the feasts they would get taught the laws, statutes, commandments, and laws which would benefit them. Nehemiah 8:8 “So they read in the book in the law of God distinctly, and gave the sense, and caused them to understand the reading.” However that is not the only benefit to attending the feasts of the most High. Without realizing righteous customs or good habits would naturally be gained by experience. Then hopefully the person would continue such customs in spite of it being an ordinary day. In this podcast lesson we discover that the priests and elders are required to answer our sincere questions. By the way if you enjoy the podcast do not forget to subscribe and share them.

Tabernacles Law

Shalam (Peace) Brothers and Sisters,

The first thing that comes to mind when we think of the Laws of Tabernacles is building of tents. The only requirement of this law is that the tents must be made of wood. Leviticus 23:40 “And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs [thick branches] of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God seven days.” Verse 41: “And ye shall keep it a feast unto the LORD seven days in the year. It shall be a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month.” Verse 42: “Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:” Verse 43: “That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.”

However this podcast is not regarding the building of the tent. Instead is a continuation to the previous podcast. There is a little known law that Moses commanded our forefathers to keep every seven years in the feast of Tabernacles. That if we apply yearly, would build us up and create righteous habits. Below is a picture that was shared years ago of an example of the shell of a tent. To give younger brothers an idea for Tabernacles made of wood; how to connect the wood.  Remember you could build many different ways, with this shell a tarp would be used for the walls, or wood planks on the sides drilled in.  Bamboo could be used on the top for a roof.
