New Moon Dates of 2024
Those of us that believe in the Creator understand that he made everything with a purpose. 2nd Esdras 6:45 “Upon the fourth day thou commandedst that the sun should shine, and the moon give her light, and the stars should be in order:” Verse 46: “And gavest them a charge to do service unto man, that was to be made.” The service unto man that these lights provide, is the ability to tell time. Particularly the moon is the way to determine the beginning of months. In fact the word month comes from the word moon. Apocrypha Ecclesiasticus 43:6 “He made the moon also to serve in her season for a declaration of times, and a sign of the world.” Verse 8: “The month is called after her name,….”
The proper way to determine the first day of the month has been replaced by the Roman calendar that was created by Julius Caesar. Ironically, so called “Christians” do not question the modern calendar that was created by a man that believed in pagan gods. Therefore they do not understand that basis of all the days in the modern calendar is for adoration of false gods. Galatians 4:8 “Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods.” Verse 9: “But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?” Verse 10:“Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years.” Verse 11: “I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain.”
Therefore those revelers of the New Year in January are doing service to the false god Janus. To avoid breaking the first commandment and to help our people return to observance of the holy days of God, we have updated the flyer page with the new moon dates of 2024. Shalam (Peace)!
