For the Generations: Accountability
Shalam (Peace) brothers and sisters:
Our people have been taught by religions to not take accountability. Therefore in matters pertaining to their life they do not consider their actions to be the cause of their suffering. Psalms 107:17 “Fools because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted.” From generation to generation the same complaints are heard along with the same lack of determination and motivation. The stagnant conditions should make us reevaluate the proposed worldly solutions. It is time to acknowledge that marching (protests, politics, etc..) has not changed our dilemmas. Isaiah 30:1 “Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin:” Our way has not been working! We are making the same mistakes as our forefathers that did not follow the counsel of the most High God. Isaiah 30:2 “That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt!”
