For the Generations – Intro
Shalam (Peace) brothers and sisters:
Ecclesiastes 1:4 “One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever.” As the generations come and go, one thing remains the same, our suffering. It is expected for a person from another nation to be uninformed in regards to the conditions of our people. Why should they be concerned when it doesn’t affect them? Our concerns should be confronted by us! Why are we ignorant of our past and repeating the same mistakes? If we study recent history we will see that the solutions proposed are not new and have not achieved the set goals. Do you really think this systematic oppression started with this generation? Instead we are still trying to attain what past generations wanted for their children by the same method. The worldly solutions have put us back to sleep and we have not taken accountability for our own actions.
