A new month is beginning on March 9th at sundown according to the Hebrew calendar. Since we are going to be busy celebrating the Sabbath, we wanted to take the time to inform you of the updates on the Radio and the Downloads page. As we all know the previous month was (so-called) Black History Month. Although it got an …
Years ago, (in this post) we discussed how Black History Month has become a propaganda tool for governments and corporations to keep our people in ignorance. The above quote from Dr. Carter G. Woodson is so true; when a race has no history the life of such is little regarded. Zechariah 11:5 “Whose possessors slay them, and hold themselves not …
When keeping the feast days of the Heavenly Father you learn so much about the history of our people. Additionally it’s not empty information that you can not relate to. Instead the words come alive as you see the similarity of past generations; connecting to you. For instance the first captivity (slavery) that occurred to the children of Israel was …
When the Bible is mentioned the first thing you think is; a religious book. However it is more than that, for the past few days we have shared lessons that demonstrate Deuteronomy 28 is our history. For the 4th Day of Deuteronomy 28 we have to ask ourselves, why any other time our people are not interested in their history? …
A frequent question that individuals ask themselves and to believers is, “How do you know the Bible is true?” One of the most convincing ways to prove that this is the word of God is by prophecies. Isaiah 42:9 “Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you …
Today was the Sabbath day which means the day of rest, this day our people did not get to enjoy during slavery. Hopefully you used that time to rest and listen to the first part of “Who are the Children of Israel?”. We have uploaded to the radio station the second edition which will conclude this audio lesson. Remember what …
Today marks the first day of Black History Month, where all of sudden our folks are converted to historians. Any other time of the year, they have no interest in their history. In fact if you try to reveal to them one of the greatest mysteries, they will say that you are stuck in the past. Colossians 1:26 “Even the …
scribe to those that love THEIR history at ALL times:
Our people have the ability to be trendsetters when it comes to fashion, music, slang, etc.. However for what is important they follow trends. Droves will search the internet for “Black History Month” or something related. Memes (which means to imitate) will be posted on Facebook and other social websites associated to “Black” historical facts, but why now? One obvious reason is because this society dictates to them when they could discuss and share their own history. Although several governments recognize the month of February as Black History Month and use it as a tool for propaganda; criticism and debates are often the results of discussing black history.
Naturally that would be; since this generation is the offspring of a global society that suppressed black history. This fact is the reason why in the early 1900’s a historian by the name of Carter G. Woodson realized how difficult it was to learn about Black History, giving him the idea to start Negro History Week. Today our people are often reminded that they were in Slavery. Although they are so close to the key that will open a door of a history that is rich; corporations and governments are invested in keeping their history obscure. Thus as the historian Dr. Carter G. Woodson stated “The Mis-Education of the Negro” is the purpose present for Black History Month. If there is fake news and they are making a big deal out of it, you know there is fake history being used as a weapon against our people. If you know that Slavery was at least true, use this as a starting point to learning your true history.
