The Chronicles of Sodom and Gomorrah
Isaiah 41:22 “Let them bring them forth, and shew us what shall happen: …” All men struggle to know the future and to predict what will happen. However, most if not all find the subject of what is the future to be of great interest and importance. Isaiah 41:22 “… let them shew the former things, what they be, that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or declare us things for to come.” It is a hidden secret among our people that some of us despise learning about history. Even though we know the saying, “learning about the past helps to avoid repeating the same mistakes”. This scripture just revealed that we could find out about the latter end by knowing the former things (history). For example, the book of Revelations speaks of a spiritual Sodom that will exist in the last days and that will be destroyed by Christ. Ironically there existed an ancient Sodom that this spiritual one models itself after, however our generation has no clue of what took place in Sodom. Therefore we present you with the Chronicles of Sodom, that you may know about the future.
