After listening, if you reflect on the past few classes titled \u201cSabbath Your Minds\u201d it will be easy to admit that what said in this class is true. Weren\u2019t the words you heard in the past \u201cSabbath Your Minds\u201d comforting? Those lessons gives you insight of what goes on among us during the Sabbath day. The Sabbath is the foundation of learning how to keep the holy days of God and to honor him. But one factor that is forgotten is that in keeping the Sabbath you develop good mental and physical health. We have witnessed this to be true, I have seen the health of some starting to decay because they forsook coming together for the Sabbath.
