In this\npsalm David prays for healing, acknowledging that it could be rebuke\n(correction) for angering the Heavenly Father.  It is not common\nbelief that sickness could be correction from the most High or that\nhealing comes from him.  <strong>Apocrypha Ecclesiasticus 38:9<\/strong> <em>\u201cMy\nson, in thy sickness be not negligent: but pray unto the Lord, and he\nwill make thee whole.\u201d  <\/em>By the severity of the ailment is also\nthe grief in spirit.  There is no medicine that could properly heal\nthe mind and spirit.
