\r\n 1\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is<\/span> good: for his mercy endureth<\/span> for ever. <\/div>
2\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Who can utter the mighty acts of the LORD? who<\/span> can shew forth all his praise? <\/div>
3\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Blessed are<\/span> they that keep judgment, and<\/span> he that doeth righteousness at all times. <\/div>
4\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Remember me, O LORD, with the favour that thou bearest unto<\/span> thy people: O visit me with thy salvation; <\/div>
5\u00a0<\/a><\/span>That I may see the good of thy chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation, that I may glory with thine inheritance. <\/div>
6\u00a0<\/a><\/span>We have sinned with our fathers, we have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly. <\/div>
7\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Our fathers understood not thy wonders in Egypt; they remembered not the multitude of thy mercies; but provoked him<\/span> at the sea, even<\/span> at the Red sea. <\/div>
8\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Nevertheless he saved them for his name\u2019s sake, that he might make his mighty power to be known. <\/div>
9\u00a0<\/a><\/span>He rebuked the Red sea also, and it was dried up: so he led them through the depths, as through the wilderness. <\/div>
10\u00a0<\/a><\/span>And he saved them from the hand of him that hated them,<\/span> and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy. <\/div>
11\u00a0<\/a><\/span>And the waters covered their enemies: there was not one of them left. <\/div>
12\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Then believed they his words; they sang his praise. <\/div>
13\u00a0<\/a><\/span>They soon forgat his works; they waited not for his counsel: <\/div>
14\u00a0<\/a><\/span>But lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, and tempted God in the desert. <\/div>
15\u00a0<\/a><\/span>And he gave them their request; but sent leanness into their soul. <\/div>
16\u00a0<\/a><\/span>They envied Moses also in the camp, and<\/span> Aaron the saint of the LORD. <\/div>
17\u00a0<\/a><\/span>The earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, and covered the company of Abiram. <\/div>
18\u00a0<\/a><\/span>And a fire was kindled in their company; the flame burned up the wicked. <\/div>
19\u00a0<\/a><\/span>They made a calf in Horeb, and worshipped the molten image. <\/div>
20\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Thus they changed their glory into the similitude of an ox that eateth grass. <\/div>
21\u00a0<\/a><\/span>They forgat God their saviour, which had done great things in Egypt; <\/div>
22\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Wondrous works in the land of Ham, and<\/span> terrible things by the Red sea. <\/div>
23\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Therefore he said that he would destroy them, had not Moses his chosen stood before him in the breach, to turn away his wrath, lest he should destroy them.<\/span> <\/div>
24\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Yea, they despised the pleasant land, they believed not his word: <\/div>
25\u00a0<\/a><\/span>But murmured in their tents, and<\/span> hearkened not unto the voice of the LORD. <\/div>
26\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Therefore he lifted up his hand against them, to overthrow them in the wilderness: <\/div>
27\u00a0<\/a><\/span>To overthrow their seed also among the nations, and to scatter them in the lands. <\/div>
28\u00a0<\/a><\/span>They joined themselves also unto Baal-peor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead. <\/div>
29\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Thus they provoked him<\/span> to anger with their inventions: and the plague brake in upon them. <\/div>
30\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Then stood up Phinehas, and executed judgment: and so<\/span> the plague was stayed. <\/div>
31\u00a0<\/a><\/span>And that was counted unto him for righteousness unto all generations for evermore. <\/div>
32\u00a0<\/a><\/span>They angered him<\/span> also at the waters of strife, so that it went ill with Moses for their sakes: <\/div>
33\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Because they provoked his spirit, so that he spake unadvisedly with his lips. <\/div>
34\u00a0<\/a><\/span>They did not destroy the nations, concerning whom the LORD commanded them: <\/div>
35\u00a0<\/a><\/span>But were mingled among the heathen, and learned their works. <\/div>
36\u00a0<\/a><\/span>And they served their idols: which were a snare unto them. <\/div>
37\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto devils, <\/div>
38\u00a0<\/a><\/span>And shed innocent blood, even<\/span> the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood. <\/div>
39\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Thus were they defiled with their own works, and went a whoring with their own inventions. <\/div>
40\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Therefore was the wrath of the LORD kindled against his people, insomuch that he abhorred his own inheritance. <\/div>
41\u00a0<\/a><\/span>And he gave them into the hand of the heathen; and they that hated them ruled over them. <\/div>
42\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Their enemies also oppressed them, and they were brought into subjection under their hand. <\/div>
43\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Many times did he deliver them; but they provoked him<\/span> with their counsel, and were brought low for their iniquity. <\/div>
44\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Nevertheless he regarded their affliction, when he heard their cry: <\/div>
45\u00a0<\/a><\/span>And he remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his mercies. <\/div>
46\u00a0<\/a><\/span>He made them also to be pitied of all those that carried them captives. <\/div>
47\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from among the heathen, to give thanks unto thy holy name, and<\/span> to triumph in thy praise. <\/div>
48\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Blessed be<\/span> the Lord God of Israel from everlasting to everlasting: and let all the people say, Amen. Praise ye the LORD. <\/div>
