A Psalm or<\/span> Song for the sabbath day. <\/div>
\r\n 1\u00a0<\/a><\/span> It is a<\/span> good thing<\/span> to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: <\/div>
2\u00a0<\/a><\/span>To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night, <\/div>
3\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound. <\/div>
4\u00a0<\/a><\/span>For thou, LORD, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands. <\/div>
5\u00a0<\/a><\/span>O LORD, how great are thy works! and<\/span> thy thoughts are very deep. <\/div>
6\u00a0<\/a><\/span>A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this. <\/div>
7\u00a0<\/a><\/span>When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is<\/span> that they shall be destroyed for ever: <\/div>
8\u00a0<\/a><\/span>But thou, LORD, art most<\/span> high for evermore. <\/div>
9\u00a0<\/a><\/span>For, lo, thine enemies, O LORD, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered. <\/div>
10\u00a0<\/a><\/span>But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of<\/span> an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil. <\/div>
11\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Mine eye also shall see my desire<\/span> on mine enemies, and<\/span> mine ears shall hear my desire<\/span> of the wicked that rise up against me. <\/div>
12\u00a0<\/a><\/span>The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. <\/div>
13\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. <\/div>
14\u00a0<\/a><\/span>They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing; <\/div>
15\u00a0<\/a><\/span>To shew that the LORD is<\/span> upright: he is<\/span> my rock, and there is<\/span> no unrighteousness in him. <\/div>
