To the chief Musician, Altaschith, Michtam of David. <\/div>
\r\n 1\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Do ye indeed speak righteousness, O congregation? do ye judge uprightly, O ye sons of men? <\/div>
2\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Yea, in heart ye work wickedness; ye weigh the violence of your hands in the earth. <\/div>
3\u00a0<\/a><\/span>The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies. <\/div>
4\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Their poison is<\/span> like the poison of a serpent: they are<\/span> like the deaf adder that<\/span> stoppeth her ear; <\/div>
5\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Which will not hearken to the voice of charmers, charming never so wisely. <\/div>
6\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Break their teeth, O God, in their mouth: break out the great teeth of the young lions, O LORD. <\/div>
7\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Let them melt away as waters which<\/span> run continually: when<\/span> he bendeth his bow to shoot<\/span> his arrows, let them be as cut in pieces. <\/div>
8\u00a0<\/a><\/span>As a snail which<\/span> melteth, let every one of them<\/span> pass away: like<\/span> the untimely birth of a woman, that<\/span> they may not see the sun. <\/div>
9\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Before your pots can feel the thorns, he shall take them away as with a whirlwind, both living, and in his<\/span> wrath. <\/div>
10\u00a0<\/a><\/span>The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked. <\/div>
11\u00a0<\/a><\/span>So that a man shall say, Verily there is<\/span> a reward for the righteous: verily he is a God that judgeth in the earth. <\/div>
