To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. <\/div>
\r\n 1\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Blessed is<\/span> he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. <\/div>
2\u00a0<\/a><\/span>The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and<\/span> he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies. <\/div>
3\u00a0<\/a><\/span>The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness. <\/div>
4\u00a0<\/a><\/span>I said, LORD, be merciful unto me: heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee. <\/div>
5\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Mine enemies speak evil of me, When shall he die, and his name perish? <\/div>
6\u00a0<\/a><\/span>And if he come to see me,<\/span> he speaketh vanity: his heart gathereth iniquity to itself; when<\/span> he goeth abroad, he telleth it.<\/span> <\/div>
7\u00a0<\/a><\/span>All that hate me whisper together against me: against me do they devise my hurt. <\/div>
8\u00a0<\/a><\/span>An evil disease, say they,<\/span> cleaveth fast unto him: and now<\/span> that he lieth he shall rise up no more. <\/div>
9\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his<\/span> heel against me. <\/div>
10\u00a0<\/a><\/span>But thou, O LORD, be merciful unto me, and raise me up, that I may requite them. <\/div>
11\u00a0<\/a><\/span>By this I know that thou favourest me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me. <\/div>
12\u00a0<\/a><\/span>And as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity, and settest me before thy face for ever. <\/div>
13\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Blessed be<\/span> the LORD God of Israel from everlasting, and to everlasting. Amen, and Amen. <\/div>
